1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the DHK91 platform in any way, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and DHK91. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the DHK91 platform.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of DHK91, including players who browse the platform without registering, registered account holders, and anyone who accesses DHK91 through the mobile app or any other means. 2 Eligibility

3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one DHK91 account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same mobile number, the same device, or the same payment method — is a violation of these terms and may result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances being forfeited.

When registering on DHK91, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your real name, a valid mobile number, and any other details requested during the registration process. Providing false information during registration is a breach of these terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your DHK91 account. This means:

The minimum deposit on DHK91 is ৳10. There is no maximum deposit limit, though DHK91 may apply transaction limits for compliance purposes and will notify you if this applies to your account.

Deposits are credited to your DHK91 wallet instantly in most cases. If a deposit does not appear within five minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number and the issue will be resolved promptly.

Withdrawal requests on DHK91 are processed within ten minutes on average during normal operating hours. Withdrawals may take longer during periods of high volume or if additional verification is required. DHK91 does not charge fees on withdrawals, though your mobile banking provider may apply their own transaction fees.

DHK91 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, if identity verification is pending, or if the account has an active bonus with incomplete wagering requirements.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

The RNG ensures that every result — whether a card draw in Rummy, a fish catch in Dragon Fishing, or a card flip in Hi-Lo — is genuinely random and not influenced by previous results, player history, or account balance.

Each game on DHK91 has its own set of rules that are displayed within the game interface before play begins. It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules of any game before placing a bet. DHK91 does not accept disputes based on a player's unfamiliarity with game rules.

In the event of a technical error during a game round — such as a disconnection or a display error — DHK91 will resolve the round based on the server-side game state at the time of the error. 7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on DHK91 and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of funds:

• Providing false identity information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Using DHK91 for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or interfere with the DHK91 platform in any way.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing DHK91 staff or other players.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

DHK91 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion under the responsible gaming policy.
• Inactivity — accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be flagged as dormant.

If your DHK91 account is suspended for reasons other than a breach of these terms, any verified balance in your account will be returned to your registered payment method after the investigation is complete. If the suspension is due to a confirmed breach, DHK91 reserves the right to withhold funds as permitted by applicable law.

You may close your DHK91 account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method within five business days of the closure request, provided all verification requirements have been met.

9 Responsible Gaming
